Short version: your photo and personal data belong to you. We never sell them. We only use them to give you the service you signed up for.
What we collect
Your email address, a display name if you provide one, and photos you upload for analysis. We also collect anonymous usage events (screens viewed, buttons tapped) so we can improve the app.
How we use your photo
Your photo is processed by our AI to detect your face shape and generate style previews. It is stored encrypted on our servers for as long as your account exists so you can revisit your results. You can delete any photo from your Library at any time.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never use your photos or face data to train AI models. We never share your images with third parties unless legally required.
Third parties
We use Apple, Supabase, and Resend to run the service (auth, billing, hosting, email). They process data only on our instructions, under their respective privacy terms. All in-app purchases on iOS are billed by Apple.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from Settings. GDPR and UK DPA requests are honoured within 30 days.
Children
TRIMR is built for users 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, email hello@trimrai.comand we'll remove the account.
Changes to this policy
We'll notify you in-app at least 14 days before any material change. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
