You can permanently delete your TRIMR account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your profile, saved analyses, try-on history, and any cached photos from our systems.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the TRIMR app on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account is removed immediately.
Delete by email
Don't have access to the app anymore? Email hello@trimrai.com from the address on your TRIMR account and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and email
- Saved face analyses and hairstyle recommendations
- Try-On Studio and Hair Color Lab history
- Any photos you uploaded
Subscription
If you have an active TRIMR Pro subscription, cancel it from your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before requesting deletion. Apple manages billing — we cannot refund or cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
